I can't fathom why the metropolis of Spring Lake Park signed off on a permit to build knowing that the loud noise from the highway is harmful and non requiring Dominium to have a plan in identify to address information technology. But it goes to show money will win over people every time. Information technology looks pretty, but it's difficult to enjoy knowing the flat comes with a truck driving through your bedroom at night - several of them and every night.
